Roll to Roll Multi Coater, Digi R-Coater is three in one system for UV coating, primer coating with heater dryer and corona treatment.
It is capable of 700mm media roll.
Corona treatment and primer coating method are universally required in printing industry like flexible packaging and label printing.
In addition, corona treatment is a very useful solution to increase the surface tension of material for much more receptive to inks, coatings and adhesives.
The primer or undercoat provides additional protection for the material being printed.
