Warm-up, preparation, finish section, coating and cleaning are fully automated and controlled through the user-friendly touch screen.

Optional 5 patterns of texture rollers make coating more attractive.

Digi UV Coater is Multi Coater which is three in one system for Primer as pre-processing before printing, and UV, Water-based Liquid coating after printing.

Two separate coating paths

Two separate coating paths allow operators to use not only both for UV coater with different glossy and matte finishes or optional texture rollers, but lower roller for primer or water-based liquid coater with IR heater and upper roller for UV coater.

Optional Products for High Productivity

Automatic Feeder(max. pile hight 650mm) and Automatic Stacker (max. pile height 540mm) are available as optional product.

Unattended Operation for High Productivity

Auto Feeder of the Digi UV Coater has electrostatic removal function, and automatic pausing function in case that double feeding happens.
It helps unattended operation of the machine and achieves higher production efficiency.
